Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and After Dark Chat, LLC about using After Hours. By using it, you agree to them.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• The service is offered only in the United States and Canada.
• One person per account. Keep access to your email, since that's how you sign in.

The companions are AI

Every companion is a fictional character created, written and voiced by AI. They aren't real people, and nothing they say is professional advice. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line; in the US you can call or text 988.

Using it respectfully

• Don't try to get companions to produce content involving minors or age-play, non-consent, incest, animals, real or identifiable people, or illegal acts. Messages like these are blocked automatically and may be reviewed.
• You can report any companion reply with the Report link under it.
• Don't try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around its limits or locks.
• Don't share your account or redistribute the videos, photos or audio.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and purchases

• Premium and VIP are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Day Pass: full access for 24 hours from purchase. It doesn't renew.
• Voice packs add voice minutes that don't expire while your account is open.
• Unlocking a companion gives your account lasting access to that companion's photos and clipsinside After Hours, including ones added later. It is a license to view them in the app, not ownership of the files or a download.
• Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
• We may change prices; changes apply to your next billing period, and we'll tell you first.

Content

The companions, their images, videos, voices and stories belong to After Dark Chat, LLC or its licensors. Your messages are yours; you let us store and process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or retire companions and features. If a companion you unlocked is retired, it stays available on your account. We try to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, After Dark Chat, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from the Account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.
