Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code. Check spam, wait a minute, then ask for a new one. Codes work for 10 minutes.
The companion's voice doesn't play. Turn up the volume and turn off silent mode, then tap the reply again.
How do I cancel? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → After Hours → Cancel.
How do I delete my account? Account page → Delete account. This deletes your chats and memory.
What does a companion remember? Open their profile → memory. You can edit or delete anything there.
